This post office excels in mediocrity. I was refused service today after the postmaster refused to mail a package to Canada. (7/19/17). Other times I have been told where to line up, otherwise "we cannot serve you, if you do not stand where we tell you to stand and wait in line." Micromanage people's behavior. I told the representative today this is not a communist country. She called two police officers, they interviewed me ,and told me that I could not get service and had to go to another post office.
I was the first person in the post office as had been waiting for it to open, but when I asked a simple question as to which parcel to use to send my documents I was told it would cost 21 dollars I said fine which one, she didn't point it out immediately, then she proceeded to help everyone else in line. This is a waste of time even though I was first in line just go to Fed Ex this is why the post office is a money pit!
Very nice people here. I usually just drop off prepaid parcels but when I do need assistance they are always professional. The man that works there is especially kind.
I wish I could give them - 5 stars. Very rude. Ask them for some tape n she said you have to pay for it. I said I paid for priority so I get free priority tape. She then said what u have it fine. N I say I just want to put 2 extra strips. The roll her eyes n gave me the tape
They attended to me and others fast; they were courteous, helpful and pleasant. I waited for the lady inside to get me a list of non appointment Passport centers. While I waited, all the customers that I saw come in, went out with smiles of satisfaction. Small in size but mighty efficient.
