I appreciate your professionalism and speed to fix my valves. Rigby and his assistant worked diligently to make sure everything was repaired and replaced perfectly.
In sum, the experience felt like they were trying to scam me out of money. And to me, there simply is no excuse for that kind of work ethic.
I wish I would have consulted the reviews on Yelp first, but I guess I didn't find it necessary since this was being recommended by a third party (building engineer). Nonetheless, my experience was not what I would have expected based on the recommendation and am therefore writing this review (I have since informed my "recommender" about this, who told me he would no longer be recommending their service).
I also really appreciate his help replacing the coats and boxes to my closet. I can't thank you guys enough. I have already told several neighbors what you did and to always use All Seasons whenever they need a plumber!
Staff was courteous and was able to fix our problem. Our issue came with the most sensitive part of service rendition, the invoice and its charges. I was billed for 45 minutes of labor that were not rendered. The plumber who did our work put a "start time" of 45 minutes prior to entering our home. I called their office to address the issue and they did confirm that the plumber's van did not arrive to my address at the time stated on the invoice. They said they would remedy the problem and credit me back for 30 minutes of labor charged. Even though I was not satisfied with the solution because it really should have been 45 minutes of credit, I put that issue to rest. A few days later I checked my card statement and the credit STILL didn't reflect the 30 minutes I was told would be reimbursed (it was some dollars less). I did not call back about this because I thought it would be more useful for me to spend the time on writing this review than having to deal with them again.
Thank you so much for the great work you did last week repairing my main water valve. Then yesterday my water heater valve and, unexpectedly, the relief valve.
