Is there a score that represents -5 stars? I'm serious. The doctor was very rude and disrespectful. After waiting for almost an hour to be seen (with no one else in the waiting room) He rushed me out, and was not trying to answer my questions about my back pain. He dismissed me, saying "Well im done talking to you" and left the office. Might I also add that he raised his voice at me several times as if my questions were annoying him. It was horrible and he made me cry. The staff were not surprised of his behavior (which speaks volumes) and advised me to report him to my insurance company and how to to my refund of copay back.
Great Dr. Office personal sucks. Came in to talk to office manager Having and on going problem with paper work being submit. While standing out the counter to speak with office manager. There was mouse droppings on the counter both sides of the glass. Manager said they have someone that comes in in clean. Husband told her someone needs to clean that up before clients come in. Manager said not her problem. No one came and cleaned it up

LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Although there were negative reviews, I decided to give it a try and received terrible service & a careless waste of my time. - I waited in the waiting area for 2 hours and completed all my paperwork only to be informed that their x-ray machine has been down all morning and they were unable to reschedule due to the upcoming holiday. So given that they wasted my precious time (2hours) there I was unable to find an alternate Orthopedic doctor. Secondly, the front desk staff thought it funny & joked about the fact that 2 hours had been wasted and seemed reluctant to refund my co-pay. Go figure!.. I had to find a different doctor to perform the MRI/XRays. Don't be like me... Listen to the negative reviews people :-(
